Name: Patriarch Ishvir
Race: Silver Dragon
Age: 1898
Height (at the shoulder): Twenty-five feet.
Length: Fifty feet.
Weight: Ten tons
Appearance (Can be a picture or a description):
Likes: Dragons, nobility, honor.
Dislikes: Humans, dishonor, loss.
Breath (All dragons have slightly different Breaths, be specific): Patriarch Ishvir's breath is far thicker than other Silver dragons. His is almost a fog, one which he is very capable of shifting to mist, steam, water, ice, or any other form of water.
Personality: Ishvir is, for the most part, a tired old ruler. As he nears his 1900th birthday, he wants nothing more than to retire from his position ruling the Metallic Dragons.
History: Ishvir was, as all Patriarchs are, born into the life of a Prince. His parents, Patriarch Yrrizz and his mate Eshvii, raised him very well. It was perhaps that his parents were a bit over protective, as it was not until he was five hundred that the news of a war was even brought to his attention. Soon after this, at six hundred years, the young Prince, due to the loss of his brave father in battle, was pronounced the Patriarch and ruler of the Flight.
Sadly, Ishvir was never cut out to lead a war effort, which is precisely why he didn't. He procrastinated, taking almost a hundred years longer than others to choose a mate of his own, and another hundred after that before an egg was laid. This was to be the only egg laid by his mate, a kind female by the name of Epsi (pronounced, "Eh-sigh"). On Ishvir's eleven hundreth birthday, the egg hatched (Dragon eggs take two hundred years to develop, mind you). It was a son. And hier to the Flight. Ishvir was relieved, He named the son Shizar and began to teach the boy everything there was to know about leadership, or, at least as much as he himself knew.
Two hundred years ago, Shizar was off on a diplomatic mission to ask the Black Dragons for an alliance. He never came back. Reports showed that the Silver diplomats arrived just as a group of humans came and attacked the Blacks, resulting in a conflict in which all but the one reporting Silver died in.
Ishvir was crushed. But he still had to make an heir. And so, fifty years later, another egg was hatched. Today, Ishvir is upset that he must rule for yet another fifty years before he may retire and pass leadership onto his next child, a girl, yet to be named.
